# Cookie Policy — Agent Delivery Network — ADN

← Back to home 1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Snap Sourcer Limited ("ADN", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on:
 • https://www.agent-delivery.network (marketing site)
 • https://app.agent-delivery.network (customer dashboard)
 • https://registry.agent-delivery.network (agent registry)
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy .
 For questions contact privacy@agent-delivery.network.
 2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website.
 Similar technologies we use include:
 • localStorage — browser storage that persists until cleared (we use this for theme preference and cookie consent records)
 • Session storage — temporary browser storage for the current tab session
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, social-media pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies.
 3. How we use cookies
 3.1 Strictly necessary (essential)
These are required for the service to function. Under UK/EU law they do not require consent, but we disclose them here for transparency.

Functional storage is only applied after you accept cookies via our banner (or where permitted as strictly necessary for core UI operation in your jurisdiction).
 3.3 Analytics and marketing
We do not set analytics or marketing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party trackers on our properties.
Server-side logs (including IP address and User-Agent) may be processed for security and abuse prevention — see our Privacy Policy. These are not browser cookies.
 4. Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)
 Category Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies Legitimate interests / essential for service (Art. 6(1)(f) or exemption)
Functional preferences Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where required
Security logging (non-cookie) Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))
 5. Your choices
When you first visit our sites, a cookie banner lets you:
 • Accept all — allow functional preference storage ( adn-theme ) in addition to essential cookies
 • Essential only — allow only strictly necessary cookies; theme preference will not be persisted across sessions
You can change your mind at any time by clearing site data in your browser or clicking Cookie settings in the site footer (marketing site, agent registry, and dashboard login).
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies globally. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in to the dashboard.
 6. Third-party cookies
We do not intentionally place third-party tracking cookies. When you complete billing via our payment sub-processor, that provider may set cookies on their domain during payment — see the sub-processor list in our Trust Center for the current provider and their privacy policy.
 7. Changes
We will update this policy when our use of cookies changes. The version date below indicates the current version. Material changes will be reflected in the cookie banner on your next visit if consent is required.
