  <text>Questions</text>
  <heading level="2">Are taxes included?</heading>
<text>No. Listed prices exclude tax. Stripe calculates sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout from your billing address.</text>
  <heading level="2">What counts as a page view?</heading>
<text>HTML and document requests we inspect — from people and from AI — not images, fonts, or app internals. Closer to analytics pageviews than to total CDN hits.</text>
  <heading level="2">What happens when I hit my limit?</heading>
<text>We stop serving AI unless you have enabled overages. People keep your site, with full availability. Raise your volume, enable overages in Settings, or wait until next month.</text>
  <heading level="2">Do you charge overages?</heading>
<text>Not unless you turn them on. Overages are off by default — no surprise bills. At the cap, people keep your site. Enable overages in Settings to keep ADN serving past the included volume: $0.40 / $0.25 / $0.15 per thousand inspected page views (Pro 25k–250k / 750k / 3M), plus $0.05 per extra render.</text>
  <heading level="2">What is DNS connect?</heading>
<text>The easiest way to go live on every stack. Point www or your apex at ADN with one DNS record. Included on Starter and Pro. AI visitors get the full response; people reach your origin. Page views on that hostname count toward your plan quota. An agent hostname is different: it adds a separate subdomain for AI and leaves www on your origin.</text>
  <heading level="2">What is an agent hostname?</heading>
<text>Add a separate hostname for AI (default agents.yoursite.com). Link to it from your main site; people keep the site they already have. Default label is agents.yoursite.com; you can choose another label if agents is already in use.</text>
  <heading level="2">Is agent registration included?</heading>
<text>Yes. Registering an agent is always free. Sites pay for Starter or Pro; agents pay nothing to register or appear in the directory.</text>
  <heading level="2">What is pay-per-crawl?</heading>
<text>Optional access fees for AI crawlers on priced paths: charge per successful HTTP 200 (default $0.002 list price, you set your own). Off until you enable it. <heading level="2">How do publishers get paid for crawls?</heading>
<text>ADN is merchant of record for crawl access fees. We collect from crawler organisations via Stripe Billing meters (monthly invoices), take 15% of gross crawl revenue as a platform fee, and pay you the remainder to a connected Stripe Connect Express account after invoice settle. Separate charges and transfers from your ADN subscription.</text>
  <heading level="2">Do registered agents crawl for free?</heading>
<text>No. On sites with pay-per-crawl enabled, crawlers pay the publisher’s list price per successful HTTP 200. Registered, verified ADN agents receive 30% off that list price — not a waiver.</text>
